Tileyard Health is my go to place for wellness. I have attended fitness classes, had massages, had manicures and seen an osteopath. Each treatment has been brilliant and Stan is super friendly and helpful. I ride a bike a lot and also sit at a desk for too long - Stan is able to sort out my shoulders which suffer from this and has given me great advice to prevent further injury.

Stan and Team provide not only a fantastic atmosphere with such a warm welcome but utter confidence in the therapy they provide.
The therapies are truly tailored to you following an in depth conversation and full body evaluation.
I personally find it hard to find places/therapists I trust with my body but pleased to confirm Stan is one to be trusted, just watch out, he's bloody strong!!!

The staff at Tileyard Health and Wellness are second to none and totally helped me through 6 months of intense training for an Ultra marathon. Marine massaged out many tight muscle aches, she was extremely helpful and informative too.
The studio is also very relaxing and I can highly recommend. Thank you Marine and Stan

I am convinced that my monthly sports massage with Marine is helping to keep me injury free as I play football twice a week - no small feat for a middle age male!
