10/10 !! Not only is the colour the best I have ever had, but the service is unmatched. Tila dedicates herself into explaining and executing her craft with ease and you know you're in good hands- trust me you will go back. As a blonde who likes to step away from streaky yellow highlights, its a pleasure to have a hairdresser who gets it spot on.
I moved to HK six months ago where I had an awful hair treatment, I contacted Tila and she gave me some great advice in maintaining my hairs health and steps for re-colour. Not everyday you find a salon so dedicated to help their clients.
As said, is a fantastic place with lovely staff!

This was my second time visiting Tila's salon. The first time in my 12 years in London that I return to the same salon- and that says a lot- considering I have tried so many!!
First time I went ( 4 months ago)I had the most beautiful Balayage and hair cut done by Ilona, which I kept getting compliments for throughout the summer. This time I went in for a darker colour and a hair cut as well as an Olaplex treatment which did wonders for my extremely damaged hair having spent so much time in the sun and ocean.
Ilona ( my hairdresser) is absolutely wonderful. She is very honest, no nonsense and understanding. There is never any pushiness, discreet sales tactics or 'I think you should do this and that talk'. Instead, She listens carefully, hears you out and then offers her input in an educated, informed and helpful manner. All of which I find so refreshing considering I have been to many salons and ended up with a result that I felt pushed into. Additionally, they have a wonderful nail technician, Veronica, which has done my nails several times and I can can honestly say that I have never,ever had a shellac which has lasted as long as the one that she does for me. It takes some time, however that is because she is so meticulous with her work and really ensures that each layer is dry before applying a new one, leaving me with beautiful, unchipped nails for several weeks. Her prices are also very competitive and although I would like her to remain my own secret find, I do not mind sharing her with others...as long as she will slot me in when she gets too busy;)
I am really pleased that I came across this wonderful salon- This serial salon dater can finally settle down!

I had a trim and colour and it was fantastic! The staff are lovely here and are all really skilled hairdressers. I have been a couple of times and every time I have left feeling great! Its also really reasonably priced compared to a lot of London salons. I will definitely be back :)
