The balayage was exactly as requested: natural, with no harsh lines, so I'm happy with that. The colour was however still a bit too warm for my liking, despite using a toner, but that's probably just my stubborn hair.
results were ok/good. but everything was add on, amounting to the bill. Head massage was good, and very attentive staff offering hot beverages and chocolate.

I'm so glad I found this haurdresser last year! I've been three times now and am very happy with my highlights and cut every time. My blond highlights are very natural looking without any use of bleach, which has improved the condition of my hair. The staff and venue are very nice too.
