Always walk out feeling amazing from Tila’s Studio. Recommend 110%! My cut and colour is always better than expected and I walk out feeling great. I have blonde hair and high standards. I like a natural look- Ilona totally gets me and always does an incredible job. I had to take one star off the “Hair conditioning and scalp treatments” because the sweet girl who shampooed my hair, bless her, talked about her exams and uni and asked me questions throughout the entire shampoo, which wasn’t very relaxing, and she didn’t give me a massage (which I always REALLY look forward to, so was disappointed). I also had to keep lifting my head up and down for her to wash and rinse, not relaxing at all. However, she was new & learning & very young, so I’m understanding.
