While the salon was smaller than I expected, it had a really nice ambience, the hairdresser Lucasz was really nice and friendly. What I liked was that he wasn't overly friendly or too chatty..I find it awkward. He listened to what I wanted and delivered a beautiful haircut. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because he cut more than I asked him and wanted - despite that, I will go again.

The balayage was exactly as requested: natural, with no harsh lines, so I'm happy with that. The colour was however still a bit too warm for my liking, despite using a toner, but that's probably just my stubborn hair.

results were ok/good. but everything was add on, amounting to the bill. Head massage was good, and very attentive staff offering hot beverages and chocolate.
