The staff were very friendly, but they seemed rushed off their feet and my appointment was late. I wanted a natural looking balayage. The ends have come out really well, but unfortunately the front and sides are a bit too yellow/brassy for my liking. I've had to put on some purple toner at home to even out the brassiness. My hairdresser was very nice and the cut is great.
