Booked my treatment for a dry haircut as it was on special offer but when I got there, I was told this offer was only for a straight haircut (looking at the price list again, this appears to be a different option!). The main lady reluctantly agreed to let me pay the price advertised on Treatwell and this was only because I was about to walk out! I will admit the standard rate for a dry cut was not much more but it was more the principle than anything else. Nonetheless, the hairdresser who did cut my hair, her name was Aimey I believe, was actually really lovely and probably the best thing about the whole experience. She did a pretty good job but it felt a little rushed. Overall, I probably wouldn’t visit again just because the initial experience has put me off.

Sent my mother here for mothers day and she said they were very attentive and she absolutely loved it and told me to book her next one! Only reason its not 5* is because i called twice stating i've paid before and its for my mother yet they asked her to pay the venue hmmm..
