Staff was nice.
No method to clean yourself beforehand was given however (thought i didn’t mind).
Also did not remove as much hair as a Brazilian should remove and when I asked she said that’s they have to leave that much but my research once I left showed I was correct.

Unfortunately the treatment given to me was not as described on Treatwell so left feeling disappointed, a shame as the massage and facial itself was very good. Just a shame of lack of communication and false advertisement between the salon and Treatwell

to begin with Staff were very polite ,I agreed to pay 51£extra to have highlights with Olaplex and toner so I paid 100£ ,stylist said she mixed the toner +Olaplex and bleach ,So no toner was applied after high lifting my hair,I left the salon smiling but not fully satisfied (Tigeez salon is 1 hour drive from my home )so the day after I went to a local hairdresser to tone my hair (I payed 30£)I was amazed how the toner changed my hair colour,then I asked the stylist how come I got this beautiful colour even though I had a toner applied yesterday she replied “noway you had a toner and Olaplex applied to your hair even your highlights needs a touch up “so I booked another appointment to have baby highlights for50£ .I am very upset, what you did to me is very disappointing ,it‘s not good to mislead and cheat your customer if you didn’t have toner and enough Olaplex you’ve should tell me ,waist of money and time
