I came for a wax & then was told by the lady that she could do my hair as well. I wanted a ombré & showed her a picture as well. She messed it up the first time and I was left with orange hair. Then said it was because my hair was too dark & that she couldn’t control it. She then toned it to make it less orange & it was a bit better. However, with the dye job she originally did the hair was patchy & gaslit me that it was fine Then tried to charge me £150. IM SO SO SAD DO NOT GO HERE

Not brightness of highlights that I wanted some areas aren’t that noticeable , friends & family said they can’t really notice any difference , which is a shame especially for extras I paid for toner and a full head . Hairdresser herself friendly.

Once again my experience was great. I felt welcomed and listened to. As well as this, not only did I receive the haircut that I was wanting, but I also received great advice on how to maintain my hair and style it to fit the new haircut. As well as this, I was offered the opportunity to get my eyelashes tinted and my eyebrows threaded, which was also great service. I am very pleased with all three results. I will definitely be using these services again.

The good part first, the facial was excellent. Unfortunately it was the coldest day of March and she had not informed me she would be on the school run at 3pm. I stood shivering on her porch for 30 mins. I was so cold I couldn't speak for the entire hour. Her hands were still cold when she rubbed the oil on my body for the wrap. Only at the end of the session, after I had thawed out enough, was speak with her and she was very pleasant. I may book another appointment, but only when it's warmer.
