I wouldn't visit again. Not even if I was paid to. I booked a full arms and legs wax. The lady who did my waxing was the owner of the salon so you would naturally have high expectations. Nope. She was very sloppy with her work. Left a mess everywhere. Got wax on my hair and my clothes. Although the main reason I wouldn't visit again is the waxing table that I was made to lay on. Eeeewwwwww. The most disgusting surface I've ever laid on. The pillow had no pillowcase and was stained. I didn't walk out purely out of decency and because it was the first time I was using the Treatwell app, I didn't know whether I'd get a refund or not. So went ahead with the appointment, although vowing never to go back again.

Please do not pay for your treatment on treat well for this salon. Aniey wanted me to pay 95 pounds extra. She has ruined my hair. Put dye all over my forehead. Cant do a blowdry . I've had better blow dry from an apprentice. I am disgusted. I dont know why they advertise on treat well. The shop is empty on a Saturday afternoon and now I know the reason why. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I am literally in tears.
