The appointment started half an hour after it was supposed to even though the therapist called me and asked me to arrived 15 mins before my appointment was supposed to. The previous client was still in the room when I went in and it had not been set up. The towel was dirty and the therapist covered it with a piece of tissue rather than getting a clean one. The therapist gave a good massage, but squirted face product quite roughly and got some in my eyes as a result which started to burn.
