went for a full leg wax, the lady did a good job although not the best atmosphere, there was only one room for treatments so i have having my wax while someone else was having a facial!

This place is great I went today for a facial and perm will be having my hair coloured next week. Staff are amazing and really nice people and the facial is the best I have had ever. They took their time and was great. I also saw other customers having their hair done and brilliant results. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Urgh. So I really wanted to like this place. I booked a day off work to have my hair coloured and to have a mani, pedi and facial before my holiday.
I arrived just before my appointment at 10 a.m.. The place was closed. I waited until 10. I phoned. No-one answered. I waited until 10.20. I gave up and came home. Half an hour later, I got a very apologetic phone call - stylist had been held up, genuine emergency. These things happen. I drove back again (a 20-minute drive each way).
They started with the facial. It was nice, and the therapist was sweet. But the room had peeling wallpaper and wasn't exactly luxurious. Then the facial went in my eye, and I spent five minutes trying to wash it out in their staff toilet. By the way, their staff toilet doesn't have any soap in it. Make of that what you will.
Next, the hair colouring. I wanted a full head tint in blonde, but because I already had blonde highlights, I was told that I couldn't go blonde, so we compromised on a light brown, with them promising it wouldn't go ginger. It went ginger.
Mani/pedi was OK, but took ages, plus I was asked to sit facing forward and twist my body to the side so the manicurist could work on my nails. This was incredibly uncomfortable. The pedicure bath was done in one of those plug-in foot spas, not a proper salon soak.
I was asked if I wanted a light or a dark colour on my nails. I said dark. There were literally (no exaggeration) three colours to choose from. Not very impressive.
Still... the manicure looked OK... until I got home, when it chipped immediately. This is probably not the salon's fault (I'm one of those rare women who actually like to use their fingers), but it was the perfect end to a perfect day.
I left, less relaxed and far more ginger than I went in. Normally I would return to the salon and ask them to put it right, but I cannot face letting them loose on my hair again, and I don't have time before my holiday. A shame.
My stylist was friendly and suggested a colour to suit me, I was very pleased with the results of the colour and the lovely blowdry, will definitely return for roots to be done.

Great leg and arm wax my skin feels super soft all hairs have been removed, staff is great, great value for money, definitely returning and definitely recommending to people!
