I had bought this gift for my mother-in-law as a present for her 50th Wedding anniversary. She did enjoy the manicure and pedicure but I had thought she would be getting shellac which was not the case and by the time she got home the nail polish had already peeled off on 2 on her nails.

Buyers be warned!!! PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON! Shocking that this place is still trading it should be shut down. It's unhygienic and HEALTH & SAFETY hazard.
Any business they interfaces with the public in particular a salon has a duty of care to all their customer. Hygiene should be their number one priority. The salon has obviously suffered a leak which is evident in past reviews however no repairs have been carried out and a large part of the ceiling is left open with exposed electrical wires. Truly shocking since a beauty service provider should provide customers with an area that is clean, tidy, hygienic and inviting. This salon doesn't follow basic hygiene rules and their service is mediocre at best.
What's truly disappointing is I hadn't bothered to check any online reviews. Please, please, please do not be fooled by any of the positive reviews you read online these are blatant lies probably fabricated by the owners of the business. I booked 2 treatments a wax followed by a massage. To start the room where treatment was carried out isn't up to scratch. Room is cramped, no space for the therapist to move, no disposable couch rollers on the bed and the wax warmer was filthy. I had also booked a massage 60 minute massage, choices includes Swedish, Aromatherapy or Deep Tissue. I opted for Aromatherapy. I was ushered into the treatment room to find that this is a share space that was divided by a small see through curtain. No where on the fine print is there any mention of a shared room. Unless its a couples massage I do not think it's acceptable for a salon not to disclose this information or have audacity to think it is acceptable for a customers to share a room without prior knowledge. To make you change in front of a stranger is unacceptable!!! The therapist who carried out the treatment is untrained and has no knowledge of what she is doing. She forgot to cover me with towels to keep me warm. Instead of carrying out and Aromatherapy massage she proceeded to use an unscented oil and the massage mainly consisted of her rubbing oil all over my body rather than spending time massaging my knots. Her idea of Aromatherapy was placing a scented lavender wheat bag over my eyes for 5 min and the massage ended within 30 mins!!! When questioned the reason why the treatment ended early the response was I refused a head massage!!
I will be reporting Tigeez to Treatwell customer service. They should not be allowed to sell any services to unsuspected customer via these sites.
