Thoroughly disappointed with my experience here as I came 10 minutes early for my appointment and didn’t get seen till around 25 minutes later as my therapist was busy doing someone’s hair. I booked in for a Hollywood Waxing and have never been so disappointed. Firstly the therapist kept trying to offer laser treatment when I was very adamant on getting my waxing done. The therapist got wax everywhere, on my hands, my tshirt and even the intimate area which the hot wax is not supposed to touch. She did not do a thorough enough job and I had to come home and do the rest myself. I was left sticky with lots of hair which still hadn’t been removed and wax everywhere from a therapist who just rushed my waxing. Very disappointed and will never return to this “salon”. Poor service!

Awful attempt at a balayage, barely any colour actually put on my hair and could see a clear line where the bleach started and my hair ended. Will not be returning.
