It was very nice, the staff were warm and friendly and the service was no fuss. The hairdresser knew what she was talking about in terms of what I needed.

They were about 10 minutes late to open but upon arrival the main stylist/manager was lovely and talked me through everything I wanted done first and made sure we were both on the same page and I was happy. She explained that the balayage they do will require regular styling to show its true effect/not look like highlights. The colour was how I wanted it and they also cut my hair how I wanted too. I had this done with Olaplex treatment and in total it was great value for money and the ladies were very accommodating and lovely. Will definitely be going back
There was no one to attend to my services inspite of booking appointment. I could not take the services.
