The lady got wax on my clothes. There was nothing to put on my body as I was getting a fully body wax my clothes where just pulled up. I was left waiting in the room after my arms where done (one lady said that she had completed my arm but how can you when I have a full sleeve on that doesn’t go all the way up). The second lady completed my arms but was then pulled to do another client and I was left waiting for 15mins +. One lady also complained I had dry skin as she pulled at my arms however it was her over use of the wax strip that has caused it to get stuck and she then bruised me due to the yanking. I have had many waxes and have never been left with a bruise. I would rather pay more for better service and less pain.
