My second time at this place - staff are lovely and welcoming. There was a slight difference in timing as their diaries don’t seem to interconnect with the stores but they called and asked me to come in at a different slot with enough notice. I returned as I had a really good massage last time. Unfortunately this time the full 40 mins were not given and wasn’t really a deep tissue massage. However staff were really polite and lovely so didn’t complain.

Very attentive staff and despite having a bikini wax which killed due to the fact I am 9 months pregnant , the therapist was attentive and ensured she worked at my pace, to ensure minimal pain.
Also removed blackheads even though not part of the facial I had selected.

Had a last minute massage by Anni. She was professional, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. It was my first visit and I would definitely go back. The massage itself lasted the full 40 mins and she done an excellent job. Thank you
