I arrived for my appointment a few mins early. Waited 35mins before I was acknowledged and moved over to the pedicure chairs. I then was sat in the pedicure chair with my feet in water for a further 20mins, I had to ask for a towel & leave to make it to another appointment. Never had a problem here before but waiting 50mins when you booked an appointment is ridiculous. I’ve always prepaid here but because of this I can’t have a refund and only a voucher. It won’t be back, so now I’ve lost £40
