I was left guessing what they wanted me to do. They didn’t talk to me at all. Not even to ask me to put my feet in the water / to pass my hands. Just tapping my leg / arm.
Nail painting is shocking & has flaked where they left moisturiser on my nail & tried to just paint over it.
I won’t be going here again. There are much better places.

Not sure I would go again for sns. One hand is shiny and one is cloudy. I’ve tried washing my hands a number of times but it doesn’t change (more than happy to upload a photo). It also took an hour and half. I also had to file them down then I got home as they were lumpy and shaped weird. Standard manicure and pedicure have always been fine there in the past.
