Megumi was very gentle and attentive to details and also friendly and bubbly! she gave great advice during and after the haircut on how to style my hair etc. and was very knowledgeable. It didn't feel rushed at all and I am happy with the service, she did a great job! Thanks so much

The hairdresser was in a rush and very stubborn that she reluctantly rejected my ask of styling. And she keeps scratching on my face and my neck and hit on my head forcefully with her fingers when blowing on my hair. Just don’t come!
