The overall experience was good and if removed the hair left on the face was better. For refund policy and Megumi, I would like to give one star. I was late but not a no-show, refund policy didn't say would be charged for being late. I was angry because I could finish the cut within booked slot if Megumi without any bullshit to argue why there's not enough time to serve me and still be charged(cutting bangs usually no need 5 mins). Until I left (16:25) next customer didn't show up.
