I have thick Asian hair and the last hair salon I visited didn't do a good job. I have tried ticro and very happy with the result. Also good shampoo technique and when drying hair, no pulling my hair or burn my scalp :-D Very relaxing music and overall experience was quite therapeutic and I appreciate that after very long day at work.
