The ambience in the salon is very cosy and relaxed, especially with the good selection of background music which makes it even more comfy and lively. All staff is super friendly and professional. I had my hair straightening and haircut with stylist Yuki who always explains the products/ procedures clearly and answers my questions patiently; moreover, I appreciate Yuki's attention to details especially when applying the chemicals - which is very important to me when comes to stylists. :)
