Mari was definitely an expert. She talked me through the whole process and even asked me if I was okay with the plan. She had gentle hands and was so careful of my hair. The head massage was so good I almost fell asleep. Will definitely go back to Ticro now for my hair appointments ☺️ thanks again Mari!
