I had Kento. He was friendly, welcoming ans considerate. My hair is thick and long. Kento managed to tame and style it really well.
Atmosphere: its calm. The music in the background is low which is great because your senses are not drowned out by loud music. Also you can actually have a conversation if you want to without shouting.
