I had a hair cut today with a stylist. He is a french stylist who can not understand Asian girls’ demands of hair very well. The whole hair was cut in the same length without any layers. Whilst I tried to explain my expectation of my hair, he showed impatient. After I popped in to ask for an adjustment, the senior stylist asked me to pay another £9. My friend had a male hair cut suffered similar issue with misunderstanding. The overall experience was poor, very frustrated and disappointed.
