I’ll always come back but maybe next time I’ll choose a senior stylist. My stylist was pretty good, I like the cut and she was very polite. I know it was an accident but while styling and cutting she pulled out too many hairs, using too much force. I’m anxious about hair loss, so this was a bit upsetting. This is just my experience and opinion, perhaps another person would’ve been alright with this.

Keiko was efficient and really good at cutting hair. Got my hair washed, and cut in 40 mins. Love the outcome too. Would recommend.
