Disappointing.Perm curls disappeared next day. Was blamed by stylist, who offered no apology,no empathy and no alterations or refunds.Very unhappy.Will never use Ticro or tratwell again. Very shabby.toilet and poor service (no drink or snack or message offered as other Japanese shops do)

Before the cut, I showed MARI pictures of the style I wanted and asked for layers and volume.
She cut my hair for only 15 min, while HALF of the time she was blow-drying my hair into a good shape.
The style didn't even stay for the next 20 mins after I left the Barber's, and my hair looked exactly the same as before I went (no volume, no layers).
I had this hairstyle before so I know it could work much better than that.
BTW When washing my hair, the water kept flowing into my ears..

Couldn’t recommend Aya at Ticro enough! Growing up a British Born Asian citizen I’ve always struggled to find a good hairdresser that can cut my thick asian hair. My hairdresser at home wasn’t available, and I got recommended Ticro so trusted this big change (I don’t let a lot of people cut my hair) and I’m so glad I did! I have a ‘bob’ cut so it’s very obvious if it’s been cut badly but Aya did a brilliant job at an affordable price for central London! Cute little salon and will be going back!
