Very disappointed with the hair cut, the layers are not professional cut, a branch of hairs were cut short suddenly and stand outside. Looks like I cut by myself. Customer service need to be improved too.

This is my third visit. Always content with the result (my previous visits happened to be with other stylists). My hair stylist Megumi was wonderful- she curled my hair like the photo I showed her as reference even after I told her I was just heading back home after the haircut;)
