I don’t feel friendly. It took nearly 45mins to communicate , that shows her unwillingness to help me in any way. While when she did it in the end totally prove it could be done as my wish at first point. But it’s just 10 mins for cutting and 45mins listening her to say I can’t do your hair cut. In the end I asked how much you took for consulting then she said she tried her best.(for keep saying no) I feel I’m a dumb for paying 52 pounds to let her teach me i don’t know how to style my hair.
Katsuhiko and the whole team are great. I've been going to Ticro for over a decade and have always had a great experience. Katsuhiko knows exactly how to treat my hair and has great advice for bad hair days. He's wonderful at blow drying too

Second time getting my hair cut at Ticro and done by Aya and I’ll never look back!! She always asks my concerns about my hair and follows up with a bunch of questions to make sure I leave with the exact hair cut that I want! She also gives her input as to what would work better if she thinks something I might want might not suit me. Just overall such a lovely experience getting my hair cut by her especially since my hair is so thick!
