I was late for 20 mins for my appointment on that day. When I was arrived, my hairdresser is serving another customer. I am so confused why she can serve another customer at my appointment slot! She didn’t send a message to me to check if I am not coming for the appointment and just have another customer. This is very ridiculous and she just ask another hairdresser to wash my hair and ask me to wait for her for 30mins with my wet hair in an air conditioner room. Very rude, unprofessional !

Booked in for a very last minute haircut at the end of the day. Very good cut but my hair was rough dried first, meaning the end blow dry wasn’t as ‘just stepped out of the salon’ as I would have preferred. I have naturally curly hair but wear it straight, so ended up straightening it at home. However, I went for a cut not a style and that was spot on!
