I've been a long(ish) time customer at Ticro. I always have Aya do my haircut. She is very welcoming and friendly, checking with me to make sure what kind of haircut I want, and is very skillful. Highly recommended

I have been cutting my hair at Ticro for 12+ years and they have never failed with execution. Always gentle and precise, every stylist who’s worked my hair has been superb. I have never had an issue with pulling/ tugging or having to ask a stylist to redo something because the end result was unsatisfactory. What I also love is that they use the latest Japanese hair dyes and understand Asian hair inside out. I have cut/dyed my hair around the world and this is still my favourite spot!
