K was really lovely! She understood immediately what I was asking for and always making sure here and there about the length to cut and overall image. Overall treatment was really good for the price! Highly recommended!

I just got my haircut, and I found that all my ends were cut straight across. Now it looks like I have rectangular paper strips stuck to my head. Very disappointed with the result.
