Really disappointing experience. The salon made absolutely no effort to resolve a simple request, ignored follow-ups, and then gave a completely inaccurate response when questioned about it. Shows very poor communication and no willingness to help customers at all. Wouldn’t trust them for anything that requires even basic after-care.
