Perfect experience, I'm not even sure where to begin! The customer service is unlike anything I've seen in London over the last 12 years. Everyone at the salon treats you like royalty, and the employees are treated nicely as well by other employees, so super nice environment. Seeta is magical. She treats your hair as if it were her own baby and truly cares that it looks absolutely perfect. She is an extremely experienced colorist as good as at Daniel Galvin, but at half the cost. She always looks for a solution that will cause least damage to your hair. My hair is in better shape after the color than before, unbelievable! The cut was perfection. The salon is spotlessly clean.
