While the spa and staff are very lovely, I did feel disappointed with the service itself. For example, the space isn't equipped for a proper pedicure. There isn't a proper chair or sink for the service. My feet did not touch water at any point during the visit. They were not soaked, cleaned or scrubbed. My dry feet were merely placed in the practitioner's lap and then shaped and painted. There was absolutely no callous or cuticle removal. Basically I left with painted toes, but my feet were in no better condition than when I arrived. I had to book in for another pedicure at a different venue a few days later to achieve the outcome I expect from a pedicure. I would recommend Tiara Organic for other services, but definitely not for a pedicure unfortunately. I believe this service should be renamed shape and paint and priced as such as it is not on par with a typical pedicure.
