I have been coming to Tiara for 8 years now and seeing Jay since she joined. She is the reason I return and every treatment is 5*. What has pulled my ambience score down, is on Sundays when I see Jay it is just her working and if someone enters the salon, she has to go and check who it is etc. The lack of another person on the front desk feels unsafe for Jay and myself, particularly when you’re having a wax in a compromising position. I would appreciate if Tiara could resolve this issue.
