My hair was washed by a trainee, who was quite rough and harsh on my head and hair, not relaxing at all. When it came to the few mins of massage on the head during wash I was distracted with small talk conversation by the hairdresser, which personally I prefer to be able to relax when getting a massage. The massage itself wasn’t organised, just guess work really.
Music was too loud, quite irritating listening to an entire album of Ed Sheehan when trying to wind down and be treated.
