Overall the had a good experience, I had half a head highlights and quite happy with the result. I’ve decided to also give my hair a trim during the appointment and at a check out I found out it was £60 which I think is a bit expensive for the most basic trim, especially given I really have little hair and the trim took something around 7 minutes. I believe these things should be communicated in advance as if I knew it was so expensive I wouldn’t do it.
