I have used Tiana before lots of times and always had a good experience, however today I booked for a Hollywood wax, but the beautician started using strip wax. I asked her not to but she continued until I protested. The hot wax was then applied in large areas and was therefore painful when removing. I left the salon with lots of remnants of wax still on me and not all hair fully removed.
