Refused to do a negative space at my cuticle as he wasn’t able to do it without a stencil? Never been an issue anywhere else ive been, they just do it freehand and it adds only a few minutes more to the appointment. Also gave the excuse that it would cost an extra £1 per finger to do. Ridiculous.
