I did not enjoy this experience. Took way too long. Person didn't appear to be very experienced. Was originally unhappy with shaping. Had to be re-done. I then had to return to salon as splashes of tint dye were left on my face.

Despite the fact that I was a little late, I got the full hour which I really appreciated, and they even helped me find the salon when I got lost! Would definitely go back as I left feeling really relaxed
