Louise was really experienced, and I had a fabulous talk with her beforehand so she was clear on what I wanted and the look we were going for. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable which I really appreciated. Results of the lamination have come out so well, I am really impressed and will certainly be returning for more treatments!
