I left feeling super relaxed after Jessica’s massage. The deep pressure was exactly what I needed and Louise was so patient removing my lash extensions that I’d had done elsewhere. Thank you both x

Staff were lovely and the decor/cleanliness is great. However I had one person tint my brows and lashes, and then another wax which I thought was unusual as i have been here once before, and to other places where one member of staff completes the full treatment. The tint was good however I think the women missed some hairs which resulted in them hairs being waxed - which means now I have odd eyebrows with very little shape in them :(
