Staff were lovely and the decor/cleanliness is great. However I had one person tint my brows and lashes, and then another wax which I thought was unusual as i have been here once before, and to other places where one member of staff completes the full treatment. The tint was good however I think the women missed some hairs which resulted in them hairs being waxed - which means now I have odd eyebrows with very little shape in them :(

I had a gel manicure & pedicure in preparation for my wedding and had a wonderful time. the staff were super friendly & caring & made me relaxed and reassured. My nails look absolutely beautiful and I've decided I'm going to make visiting part of my beauty regime Xx
