Lovely girl who did my nails and she was clearly experienced but the polishes weren't great. I paid for gel and had to have shellac as the gels were cloggy and very limited choice. Very professional service otherwise and the salon is very clean and tidy. Polite reception.

I’m not usually someone that complains which is why I didn’t get mad during the treatment but this was the most painful Brazilian wax I have ever had and I have been waxing for 5 years. I wanted hot wax because it is less painful than strip wax. The woman who did my wax was a nice person and I could see that she didn’t mean to hurt me but I think she is possibly too inexperienced and needs more training. She left some hairs behind but I didn’t want to point it out as it had been over half an hour of the most pain I’ve ever had waxing. I probably would not come back. Sorry for having to leave a bad review.
