I’m not usually someone that complains which is why I didn’t get mad during the treatment but this was the most painful Brazilian wax I have ever had and I have been waxing for 5 years. I wanted hot wax because it is less painful than strip wax. The woman who did my wax was a nice person and I could see that she didn’t mean to hurt me but I think she is possibly too inexperienced and needs more training. She left some hairs behind but I didn’t want to point it out as it had been over half an hour of the most pain I’ve ever had waxing. I probably would not come back. Sorry for having to leave a bad review.
