I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I hope that perhaps it can help provide feedback for future treatments. I had the henna brows treatment and after the treatment looking in the mirror - I thought it was a joke. I had eyebrows that looked like they had been drawn with a sharpie - like slugs but I was too shocked to say anything. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the eyelash lift as I was crying too much from my brows and you aren’t supposed to get your eyelashes wet for 24 hours after the treatment. However, the staff are so lovely and welcoming, as is the shop itself and my friends have gone before for haircuts and other treatments and loved it. Perhaps I was just unlucky in this situation.

I booked an appointment with Jamie for haircut, blow-dry and treatment. It was a lovely experience and I just love my new haircut. I will definitely recommend my friends about the salon. Thanks Jamie .
