I went to get biab removed. They managed to get about 90% of the biab off but they filed the skin around my fingers and left patches of red raw skin on three of my fingers. They also left bits of biab on my nails despite filing my nails paper thin. After filing the biab they soaked my newly sore fingers in acetone to try and soak the rest off which really hurt and the pot they used was either stained or not completely clean. They seem like decent people but I definitely wouldn't go back
