Can deffo recommend Ella for reiki. I was sceptical having been to someone else before and not feeling much benefit. I had a consultation with Ella before committing which was really helpful for identifying what it was I needed, without any pressure. Have been seeing Ella on the reg and my stress / anxiety has improved LOADS. Thank god/Ella!
I go to Ella Norman Therapy for holistic massage and facials (when I'm feeling fancy) and I have loved every treatment I've had. I really like the fact that Ella takes the time to assess my needs with the consultation she does at the beginning and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated or relaxed and calm - depending on what I tell her I want. Ella is a brilliant massage therapist and I'd recommend to anyone.
