Gel pedi was fab and no complaints.
Unfortunately gel nails lifted/ peeled off within 3-4 days. contacted salon on return from holiday. Manager said she would call me back,no return call. left a message, no reply. had to call again before I got to speak to someone. Was offered 20% off my next visit which I though was a bit of an insult. Mistakes happen and I wasn’t at all annoyed, but the customer service/lack of accountability from manager was the issue.
On this basis I won’t be back.
