My first Brazilian wax and Fay couldn’t have been better. She put me completely at ease from the moment I walked in and talked me through the different options then checked in with me throughout it about how I was pain wise and how far to go with hair removal. It was done completely to how I wanted it and despite it being my first one and being quite apprehensive, I felt completely relaxed with her. I would absolutely go back to Fay, thank you!
